Using State-of-the-Art Technology
When it comes to your HOA, efficiency and accuracy is of the utmost importance. That’s why HOA Accounting Incorporated utilizes the most up-to-date technology available along with standardized processes and procedures to eliminate redundancies and waste. This helps us to work as efficiently as possible and to reduce costs for our firm and you, our valued client. With this unique system, you can do virtually anything to manage your community from anywhere. By using a reputable IT organization to manage our servers, our system is consistently backed up and system security is monitored constantly by people who know what their doing.
Compliance Made Easy
HOA accounting and reporting system’s compliance module, allows your Board of Directors to issue violation notices and fines (or a designated person on behalf of the board).
This is just one of the features of our system that we allow the BOD to access in order to assist them in managing their community at no additional cost.
Second to None
Our collection system is second to none. If a homeowner is late, the system will automatically notify them in accordance with the parameters of the association—automatically post any appropriate fines and document the homeowners account accordingly. It will also follow up with subsequent letters as needed.
The system can also be used to manage any maintenance issues that your community resolves. Homeowners can enter a work request, and a designated person may access all open work orders. All worker orders are saved electronically and attached to the unit involved.
Secured Payments for Peace of Mind
Making payments for services is easier than ever before. Acceptable payment methods include ACH, e-check, manual check, wire transfer, credit card.
